Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Registration

Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds within the account will be frozen pending investigation, and access will be permanently denied.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of the Member to ascertain whether their use of dc777 Services is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. dc777 expressly prohibits registration by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3.3 Registration Requirements

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one dc777 account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. If dc777 identifies multiple accounts operated by or associated with the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended without prior notice. Any Real Money Funds in duplicate accounts may be returned minus any bonus amounts claimed. dc777's determination of duplicate account status is final.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available to dc777 Members are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is advertised. In the event of conflict between specific promotional terms and these general terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games and slot games available on the dc777 platform utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by a qualified technical auditing body. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by dc777, game providers, or any Member. 7.4 Maximum Winnings

dc777 reserves the right to apply maximum winnings caps to individual games, game categories, or events. Where a maximum winnings cap applies, it will be disclosed within the relevant game or event interface. dc777 shall not be liable to pay winnings in excess of any applicable maximum cap regardless of the displayed game outcome.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dc777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:

No content from the dc777 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of dc777.

dc777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dc777 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any dc777 platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dc777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the dc777 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

dc777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member into their dc777 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dc777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. dc777 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond dc777's reasonable control.

Account Termination

12.1 Termination by dc777

dc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's account at any time and without prior notice where dc777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where termination is required to comply with regulatory obligations.

In cases of account termination for breach, dc777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, bonus winnings, and, where fraud or criminal activity is identified, Real Money Funds pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

12.2 Termination by Member

Members may close their dc777 account at any time by contacting dc777 customer support via live chat. Before processing an account closure request, dc777 will ensure that any outstanding withdrawal requests are processed and that applicable KYC checks are completed. Account closure does not waive dc777's right to pursue recovery of any outstanding debts or to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Privacy & Data Protection

dc777's collection, use, storage, and sharing of Member personal data is governed by dc777's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of dc777's Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from or in connection with dc777's Services shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, representative action, or collective proceeding.
